1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the offer and sale of products (hereinafter “Products”) through the website shopclimbingclothing.com (hereinafter “Site”), owned and managed by shopclimbingclothing.com. The Terms are effective towards any individual or entity (hereinafter “Customer” or “You”) placing an order on the Site.

3. Orders and Conclusion of Contract

5. Shipping and Delivery
